Motivation
The borrowing limit for the WETH Restaking pool is nearly reached as ezETH farming remains a popular strategy. The DAO has exhausted the increase caps authorized in previous GIPs, and is no longer able to increase this borrowing limit any further.
Proposed limit changes
This proposal will enable the multisig to increase the Restaking WETH CM's borrowing to 50k WETH immediately, and in 5k WETH increments afterwards without additional voting, up to the total cap of 100k WETH. The incremental increases will be applicable once 80% of current limit is reached.
