[ GIP- 244 ] Payment for provision of security audit service

Summary

This proposal aims to request a supplemental budget from the DAO in size of $14,000 USD, in order to complete the payment for the Decurity audit conducted for Gearbox Protocol. The audit has been delivered and the total cost is $25,000 USD. Around $11,000 from previously approved audit funding remains unspent and will be applied toward the payment.

Scope

The audit covered recent smart contract updates for the Gearbox Protocol. The exact scope and technical coordination were handled by SC Dev contributors. The audit has been completed and the final invoice issued by Decurity.

Terms & Proposal

Decurity has delivered the audit and issued invoice 240625/01 on June 24, 2025, for the total amount of $25,000 USD.

Approximately $11,000 USD remains from prior DAO audit budgets and will be used.

This proposal requests the DAO to approve the remaining $14,000 USD to fulfill the payment.

Payment will be done in USDC (or USDT, ERC20-compatible).
