With Gearbox’s and the overall industry growth, new inflow of capital will largely be dictated by the acquisition funnels: KOLs, SEO, organic reach, and so on. While other approaches are already under work, effective SEO practices can significantly impact our brand visibility, community reach and fulfillment of specific objectives (LLSD push, Leverage on Curve V1 & V2 push etc). Effective SEO establishes organic flow of traffic to the protocol and ecosystem if done right and in advance. An initiative around setting up SEO will be useful, led by Thijs. They’d come in with a strong background in SEO and related content strategy, with experience across multiple projects.
Thijs will have SEO specific responsibilities, few of them being:
The monthly approved budget for this initiative will be 2,500 USDC. No $GEAR to be granted. The approval will be for the quarter while payments will be for the months with meaningful activity. The initiative is to be discontinued if either Thijs or the marketing initiative members decide to break off the engagement.
