How It Works
Rationale for the Change
Referral data is unreliable. Large-ticket “whale” users rarely bother with the referral program, making direct attribution of Jorge’s BD work impossible.
Committee-based evaluation solves this. A four-member committee will judge his overall impact, using protocol-wide. TVL growth as one of several benchmarks rather than the sole metric.
Extra incentive layer. Because this bonus is parallel to Obra rewards, it provides an additional lever to recognize value that standard Obra scoring might miss.
