Note: this is an optimistic proposal - the listed configurations will be added together with primary transactions that add USDe and sUSDe according to GIP-97, and either executed immediately after proposal passes, or cancelled by the veto multisig if it is declined.
This proposal requests an approval of some additional configurations required to integrated USDe and sUSDe, that weren't listed in GIP-97.
The following additions will be made to USDC Tier 1 Credit Manager:
