Final HOPR Token Launch Voting

As explained in our HOPR Genesis DAO announcement blog, we will now move to the final stage of the HOPR Token Launch.

Here are the 3 most popular valid proposals for the mechanism governing the HOPR token launch. For more information on modifications and disqualified proposals, see this forum post.

All DAO participants are now invited to vote for their preferred proposal.

All three proposals contain the following phases and conditions:

• Phase 1: A presale consisting of a simple smart contract on xDAI, whitelisted only to DAO participants
• presale token price is fixed at $0.05
• presale token allocation is capped (individual purchase cap) at the number of presale tokens divided by the number of Genesis DAO participants (around 3000)
• if the presale has not raised $500k after 24h, the individual purchase cap will be raised by 50% every 3h until $500k is collected
• any tokens not sold in the presale will roll over to the LBP in Phase 2.
• Phase 2: Balancer LBP running for 72h, with maximal weights of 98:2 guaranteeing a starting price of at least $0.3, final weight is 40:60
• Phase 3: All liquidity from Balancer LBP is withdrawn and moved into a Uniswap pool, liquidity mining incentives are added for 3 months
