Smart distribution and NO LBP

General schema:

1. Whitelist for DAO Members at fixed price with fixed allocation
2. IDO or/and whitelist sale for everyone meeting certain criteria
3. Certain % to be reserved for Liquidity Mining
4. NO Balancer or any LBP format

To be discussed - certain parameters of each of the above - price, allocations, vesting, criterias for public whitelist, platform and network to conduct sale, etc

For example :

30 mil for Dao members with 2 options (combined) - a) linear 12 months release schedule at 0.075 b) 35% unlocked at TGE plus 12 months linear release at 0.125

20+20 mil for everyone - a) whitelist lottery at 0.2, 70% unlocked plus 6 months release + b) IDO at Pancakeswap (Binance Smart Chain) (for example) at 0.275 - no lock

15 mil for Liquidity mining over 6-12 months
