Apply mixed Token Launch strategy (community distribution + LBP)

It is obvious that each token launch approach has its pros and cons. Instead of choosing one of them, we may combine some of them together.

My suggestion is to divide the token pool of 85mln in some proportion (50/50, 60/40, or 70/30, we can choose this separately). One portion sells through LBP to anyone who wants to participate in the future project and the second part distributes (or sells with a discount) to early adopters.

In this case, the project may attract more funding for the treasury to invest in future activities and also encourage testnet participants.
