Community presale on xDAI + LBP + Uniswap liquidity mining V2

First of all, I want to say that I strongly against the proposal of "20m presale / 59 mln LBP / 6mln liquidity mining" provided nearby.

In this case we get 1mln from presale and put them in LBP with 59mln HOPR tokens that will make initial price of $0.15 and the final price $0.0073. That is way lower then suggested presale price.

Instead of 20/59/6 allocation. I suggest to allocate more tokens to participants in testnet and less for LBP to get the following:

55 mln for presale for early participants 25 mln for LBP 9 mln for liquidity on Uniswap

In this case price will start from $0.36 and ends on $0.017 if we put $1mln from the other side
