Fund signers

This vote will define the 5 holders who will be co-signers for the fund. The co-signers will be able to take actions on the fund assets such as purchasing/selling nfts or erc tokens and distribute profits to holders. Any fund movement will have to be signed by at least 3 holders. You can now distribute your votes to elect the 5 co-signers.
