Invest up to 30ETH ($60k) into BigTime

Bigtime.gg is a MMORPG web3 game created by the founder of Decentraland. It's the first AAA level game with a real economy & powered by NFT, with more than 20k active players. We will acquire its game assets (TimeWarden, Space, Mystery Box event) to rent them to players and to guilds (ChronoDAO). The Timewarden are needed by players to mine their land and get rewarded with tokens and NFT. We would buy the assets in a Genesis DAO account (2FA/KYC required), and rent them using the Bigtime marketplace Openloot.com, so the assets would remain in our control . Revenue from rentals would be realized right away (players pay the rent on day 1 for 30 days of rental for a current 20/25% monthly yield). We will then evaluate every month if we should keep or sell our position. Also note: when a player is using a TimeWarden, the asset gains XP/levels, this increases in value. *Vote as been restarted with higher Quorum and shorter time to approve considering the official sale event starting in 36h.
