Buy 30ETH of ILV Tier 3 and 4 lands

As we continue to develop our relationship with MVP e-sports team we see an opportunity to increase our allocation of Illuvium tier 3 and tier 4 lands. These assets will help attract and retain the top earning players (with whom we operate on a revenue share model)

The proposal is to purchase 30ETH of higher tier lands and subsequently to start selling our tier 1 lands once the game launches early next year. We expect that the tier1 lands will benefit from a short term pump as it will be the entry level access to the game

In summary, we need a short term bridge of 30ETH to build up t3, t4 lands while liquidity is low and recover at the very minimum 30ETH back selling t1 lands once the game launches
