Approve use of 88 GMs for Loot Explorer Quest prizes and an $ATIME season for Explorers

--Proposal-- Approve a tribute (transfer) of 88 Genesis Mana to the Loot Explorers project to be given out to their community as prizes for quests.

Approve an $ATIME season exclusively for Explorers (Loot Explorers and Genesis Explorers) to further bond our two communities. The $ATIME claim will be a maximum of 635 $ATIME per Explorer with the exact amount determined by the Historians.

--Summary-- The tribute of Genesis Mana and $ATIME will initiate a collaborative partnership with the Loot Explorers whereby Genesis Adventurers can mint "Genesis Explorers" to be used in quests and games. The Loot Explorers project will provide 600 free Genesis Explorer mints with the requirement that the wallet minting the GE holds at least 3 Loot Explorers.

--Synergies-- Loot Explorers is one of the most promising projects in the Lootverse with an active community, compelling roadmap, and engaged team.

Genesis Project DAO (Genesis Loot AKA Genesis Adventurers) has become one of the foundational primitives for the Lootverse alongside OG Loot. The Genesis community has been a constant source of positive energy and engagement that has advanced the wider Loot ecosystem.

By uniting our two communities we can reinforce each other's strengths and together support the dream of a unified, cohesive, expansive Lootverse.

--Benefit to Genesis Community-- While 88 Genesis Mana represents a large investment in another community, this is strategic for the following reasons:

1. The Loot Explorers team and community synergize well with our community so creating opportunities for the LE community to win GMs and create GAs is likely to add good people to our community.

2. The 88 GMs will be used for quest prizes within Loot Explorers ecosystem which Genesis Explorers will be eligible to participate in. Furthermore, the GA community already holds 623 Loot Explorers and is likely to own more as part of this collaboration so our community members will be eligible to win these GMs too.

3. 43% of GA holders own at least one Loot Explorer so it's beneficial to a large portion of our community to support the LE project and community.

4. By providing 600 free mints, we incentivize the summoning of the next 70 GAs (we are currently on #531) which supports our goal of summoning all 2540 GAs.

--Additional Details-- After 600 free Genesis Explorer mints, the mint price for future GEs will be 0.1ETH up to 2,540 GAs
