Convert portion of our ETH to $LORDS via BibliothecaDAO OTC offering

Bibliotheca DAO is currently voting to provide $LORDS OTC via aelin.xyz to generate additional funds to support their ongoing initiatives which include the creation of a Loot module on Starknet which will feature Genesis Adventurers.

If the vote is finalized and Bibliotheca DAO offers $LORDS via aelin.xyz, I propose we use a portion of the ETH from our community treasury to participate. Doing so would provide additional funds directly to an experienced team actively expanding the utility of our beloved Genesis Adventurers while also creating deeper incentive alignment between our two communities.
