Approve use of 7GMs for a Rift/Crystals $AMNA Quest

--Proposal-- Approve use of 7GMs from community treasury for a 250k $AMNA <-> 7GMs sudoswap to support the Rift/Crystals project.

--Summary-- The Rift was created by two OG members of the Genesis community, dood (formerly Tonacy) and boolean. The Rift seeks to solve the Loot Value Pardadox by attributing and storing XP to Loot bags when they participate in the Loot ecosystem. If the Loot ecosystem unites in honoring this XP by granting benefits to higher-level loot bags, these bags will increase in value relative to the bags that aren't participating in the ecosystem. As a result, those actively participating in loot will be rewarded for their support.

The Rift is in the final stages of a retroactive XP airdrop in which bags {loot, mLoot, gLoot} that have previously interacted with loot projects will retroactively receive XP for their adventures.

Mana Crystals was created by dood and boolean to showcase the utility of the Rift. The primary purpose of Crystals is to accrue $AMNA via Mana Crystals. The higher your loot bag level (maintained by the Rift Contract), the higher level Crystals it is able to produce which are able to produce higher amounts of $AMNA.

This proposal seeks to provide the first utility of $AMNA which is that the first person/group to get 250k $AMNA will be able to swap it for 7GMs.

--Synergies-- As previously mentioned, dood and boolean are both OG members of the Genesis Community. This proposal directly supports their efforts to solve one of the most important outstanding issues in loot - the value paradox problem.

Providing an incentivize for loot holders to participate in the loot ecosystem will benefit the entire loot ecosystem.

The Rift provides support for Genesis Adventurers and also granted historical XP for any loot bags that minted Genesis Mana from their Loot bag.

Per the Rift Notion, 50% of the mint fees from Mana Crystal mints and 100% of the mint fees for registering your bag with the Rift (currently there is no fee but this may change) will go to a community treasury to support the Rift, Crystals, and the wider Loot ecosystem.

--Benefit to Genesis Community-- Members of the Genesis community tend to be highly active participants in the loot ecosystem and thus would benefit from the adoption of the Rift Leveling System, which grants additional benefits to active loot participants.

Since claiming the 7GMs will require swapping for the 250k $AMNA, our community treasury will add $AMNA to our reserves, alongside $LORDS, $ATIME. Having a diverse set of loot ecosystem ERC20 in our treasury helps create deeper alignment between our community and other loot communities.

--Additional Details-- If approved, the Genesis Project will create a sudoswap for 250k $AMNA for 7GMs with no expiration, such that the first person/team to get 250k $AMNA can claim the swap.

The 7GMs will all be of the same Order to make it easier and cheaper for the winner to turn those into a GA. The Historians will choose the 7 GMs from the treasury to use for this quest.

Once the retroactive airdrop happens, many of our bags will receive a significant amount of XP which will result in them leveling up beyond the current highest level bag. This will allow those bags to produce higher level crystals which will produce larger amounts of $AMNA. The tldr here is that no one has a significant head start for this quest.

Crystals is a fully on-chain L1 game. As a result, gas can at times be prohibitive. Here are a few tips to help reduce gas costs:

1. When possible, operate on all of your crystals simultaneously using the "Multi-Claim" and "Multi-Level" options.
2. Since there is no urgency to these transactions (i.e not interacting with a live market), you can set your max gas fee to a lower value and let the transaction sit in the mempool to autofill when gas comes down. I would advise using historical gas data, such as this one, to find a low but reasonable max fee setting.
