ETH mainnet liquidity

Objective: provide more GENE/ETH liquidity on mainnet

GenomesDAO got back tokens from Galaxis that were left over from a promotion. We propose to use those funds mainly to provide additional liquidity on mainnet

The liquidity shall be provided as limited range on Uni v3 on ETH mainnet with the following parameters (to be adjusted based on market conditions at the time of the proposal):

• lower tick: 104150 (0.02$)
• upper tick 104.15 (20$)
• deposited amount options 5m GENE, 0 ETH 10m GENE, 0 ETH 25m GENE, 0 ETH
• reward claiming every 30 days
• GENE rewards will be put back into the LP

If yes, there will be a follow on vote to decide if ETH rewards will get distributed to GenomesDAO & veGNOME holders (pending legal review). If so, veGNOME rewards shall be bridged to L2 and distributed based on snapshots. Gas fees to manage the position shall be deducted from collected rewards.
