Summary: Should the DAO continue liquidity incentives on Harvest Finance?

The purpose of having liquidity incentives on Harvest Finance was to help increase exposure of GenomesDAO to the broader community and also help protect the price of the platform’s native tokens. As market dynamics have changed, we asked the DAO to reevaluate this strategy by kicking off a discussion in the DAO token-gate channels. General consensus was that we should discontinue emissions on Harvest Finance and deploy capital elsewhere (other protocols on other chains).

The will of the DAO will be formalized via this snapshot vote.
