A proposal to release up to 1m GNOME (10% of supply) to projects that build out GenomesDAO awareness and community participation

The GenomesDAO team is proposing to release up to 1m GNOME (10% of supply) to projects that build out GenomesDAO awareness and community participation. GNOME is the GenomesDAO governance token. We are hopeful we can evolve this into something as successful as the ENS small grants program.

The exact terms of rewards will be defined if approved; maximum amount available per grant etc. For example;

• We would much prefer to give 100 projects 10,000 GNOME than 1 project 1m GNOME
• Projects could suggest using some of these rewards as LP boosting
• The award will be open for 1 year in the first instance

Firstly this vote is just to confirm whether the community thinks we should make the tokens available.
