Camelot DEX Nitro Pools - Arbitrum LP rewards continuation or increase

Summary. This GDIP aims to have the DAO vote on what rewards we should be providing on Camelot Dex on Arbitrum.

Details. We currently provide Liquidity rewards on Harvest Finance on Polygon and Camelot Dex on Arbitrum.

Harvest takes a 10% commission in native tokens. Camelot DEX take 0% For the first month on Arbitrum, we matched those on Polygon and tested a minimum locking period of 10 days. That is, rewards of:

7,670,000 $GENE 32,600 $GNOME

Maintaining these rewards should encourage liquidity on Arbitrum.

Increasing the rewards may result in more people moving liquidity from Polygon to Arbitrum. As such, we propose increased rewards should come with increased locking periods. Rewards will run for the length of max lock period at minimum.
