Increasing GU Royalties

Todays vote is to determine whether we, as a community, should increase the royalties for the GU collection from 2.5% to 5%. Currently all the royalties (2.5%) go to the founder, deservedly. If the vote passes then the royalties would increase to a total of 5%, with 2.5% still going to the founder and the further 2.5% going to the community wallet.

Community wallet = Genuine-undead.eth (0x7d527e8F4E4f8d71a83656a1DA46df58D25aF677). This is a multisig wallet, with a 3/5 threshold.
