Fees distribution to KLO stakers

We would like to gather feedback from the Kalao community on distributing fees allocated to the DAO treasury to stakers.

Summary From March 1, 75% of marketplace fees are allocated to the DAO treasury KLO voters can vote on two proposals → Distribute fees accumulated by the DAO to KLO stakers (KIP-001) → Use a veKLO system for distributing said fees and voting (KIP-002)
