Abstract We have launched the Square Tales website (https://squaretales.world/) expanding our fragment universe. The first two rounds will be invitation only (via Mr. Misang). Afterward, we plan to allow open community submissions for artwork, enabling broader participation in our story universe. Our team remains committed to supporting the DAO and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Fragment Expansion Operation After first two rounds, fragment expansion will occur quarterly. Interested participants can submit their artwork via the Square Tale website (see submission guideline here : Notion ). Curators – currently council members – will nominate artworks, though this role will be separate from council roles. Selected artists receive $250 USDC and have their work featured on the Square Tale website.

DAO Operation While an additional website and a new role (curator) have been introduced into the governance structure, the core DAO operational process remains unchanged. The council continues its responsibilities, supporting ghost project holders and managing core operating systems.

Budget Total budget for Fragment expansion and DAO operation is expected to be around 4 ETH. This budget includes compensation for council, fixed costs for discord, forum, snapshot, Square Tales and extra fees occurring during fragment expansion.

Timeline: our fixed costs are not tied to the price of ETH, so we will continue operations until the full budgeted amount is used. If the price of ETH increases, the funds will last longer and cover additional months
