Should we move 40M GIV from the GIVgarden to the nrGIV?

Unfortunately we’ve come to the point again where the nrGIV will need to request more GIV from the GIVgarden to continue GIV reimbursement payments.

Currently there is about ~6M GIV left across both nrGIV multisigs on Optimism and Gnosis after November payments.

We project to be spending equivalent to ~6-9M GIV per month in reimbursements for stablecoin payments made to contributors.

In order to keep operations and payments running smooth we (DAO Operations WG) are requesting to transfer 40M GIV from the GIVgarden on Gnosis to the nrGIV DAO on Optimism. Failure to acquire enough GIV held by the nrGIV may disrupt payment processes for Giveth contributors, so we believe it is critical to have this addressed!
