Should we extend the GIVfarm again?

Currently all GIVfarm programs with the exception of the Angel Vault are set to end on August 19th

We are proposing to extend certain GIVfarm pools.

Here's a quick summary of the pools, distribution and extension length:

*GIV staking on Gnosis Chain will run only until GIVpower launches, likely taking as little as 400,000 GIV if we hope to launch by mid September.

This would extend the GIV Staking on Gnosis Chain until the GIVpower launch (~1 month) which already has 7 Million in Rewards allocated for 6 months.

We also would extend the GIV/ETH Balancer Pool until November 11th, 2022
