Should we pay 3,805,770 GIV to hire a marketing agency for GIV for a 3 month period?

The Giveth core team wants to hire a marketing agency to support with GIV token marketing efforts for 3 months starting July 1, 2024.

General Magic has offered to cover the stablecoin cost of the marketing agency in retrun for reimbursement in GIV, with a 20% bonus. They wish to hold this GIV for increased alignment with Giveth.

$26,100 x 120% = $31,320 $31,320 in GIV (using GIV price of $0.009 on July 1, 2024) = 3,480,00 GIV

Myosin (the agency) has also agreed to accept partial payment in GIV tokens directly, with a 1 year lockup. The GIV amount was calculated on the date the contract was drafted.

$2900 in GIV (June 25, 2024) = 325,770 GIV

The total amount of GIV requested for this proposal to cover payments to Myosin for a 3-month period is 3,805,770 GIV.
