Should we fund the first 3 month budget for the Communitas working group?

There are four options:

• Grow Budget (Increase scope of WG)
• Sustain Budget (Maintain current scope of WG)
• Shrink Budget (Reduce scope of WG)
• NO BUDGET (Cancel or Halt WG)
