Following the post I made about Giveth Austerity Measures - https://forum.giveth.io/t/giveth-austerity-measures/631?u=mitch#givbacks-distribution-raised_hand-5
Given the bear market conditions the purpose of lowering the GIVbacks factor would be to lower the amount of tokens we hand out from the GIVbacks program as part of the GIVeconomy. Other suggestions inside this post have also suggested updates to the GIVgarden as well as the GIVfarm.
The GIVback Factor is the percentage of the USD value of donations that we match with GIV and distribute back to donors at the end of each bi-weekly GIVbacks round.
The soft poll inside the post had a small majority in favour of changing the factor, but not enough to call anything decisive. So let's put it up to the GIV holders to decide. Should we make changes to the GIVback Factor? If so to what?
