Our current GIVpower (GIV staking) incentives program runs out of rewards on June 10, 2025. This proposal is asking GIV token holders for permission to:

  1. Use 8.5M GIV to extend GIVpower staking rewards on Optimism & Gnosis Chain from June 10-Dec 9, 2025
  2. Manually unlock all users tokens who are staking currently on Polygon zkEVM as of June 10, 2025.
