What should be the minimum donation amount required for GIVbacks eligibility?

In order to reduce overhead on our GIVbacks program, reward true donors (rather than airdrop farmers and spam accounts), and incentivize larger donations to projects during QF rounds and beyond, we propose to implement a minimum donation value (for a single donation to a single project) in order for that transaction to be included in our GIVbacks distribution calculations.

This is a ranked choice vote to determine the minimum USD value for a donation that would make it eligible for GIVbacks.

In order to take into consideration volatility of non-stable tokens and the optional % donation to Giveth, the minimum donation value communicated to the user will be 10-15% higher then the actual minimum implemented in the calculations. This vote is to determine the "communicated" minimum USD value.

Note: If we migrate to GIVbacks V2, the minimum donation amount for GIVbacks eligibility will still apply with respect to “raffle” entries.
