Should we end the mainnet GIVsteams of the univ3 "middle fingers"?

This is a proposal to terminate the disproportionate mainnet GIVstreams allocated to 3 address who took advantage of information asymmetry & got huge earnings from providing concentrated liquidity in Univ3 rewards program.

As you may be aware, the Univ3 rewards program was poorly designed based on incorrect assumptions. We later became aware that a handful of addresses were privvy to information asymmetry and were taking advantage of the program providing concentrated liquidity and earning rewards disproportionate to the value-added to the community. No significant mainnet rewards were earned by other means & in many cases, these addresses have been dumping the GIV earned.

On March 21, 2022 after unanimous community approval, we terminated the univ3 rewards program to protect the GIVeconomy.

There is still a balance of more than 2.6 million GIV on mainnet in the Token Distro allocated to the address that were taking advantage of our poorly designed rewards program, which is set to flow via the GIVstream until December 2026.
