Dapp WG Season 2 Proposal

The Dapp is ready to enter its second season!

This Snapshot vote will be used to signal the preferred budget & deliverables by GIV holders. As per usual there is 4 scopes to vote on:

GROW, SUSTAIN, SHRINK and NO (cancel the WG)

From GROW downwards each option progressively removes deliverables and reduces the budget for the WG.
