Setup GIV/DAI Farm on Uniswap v2?

Following the Closure of the Univ3 Farm we discussed implementing a new liquidity solution on Uniswap. The process has begun to create the Angel Vault using $oneGIV -https://forum.giveth.io/t/giveth-ichi-angel-vault-proposal/443/26 However, it's become clear that this process will take time and has some complexities.

I would propose for the short term to fire up a GIV/DAI GIVfarm using Uniswap v2 to cover this gap and provide another farming opportunity for mainnet liqudity provision.

These are the specs I propose for the farm:

• Allocate 750k GIV in Rewards
• Program ends in June 2022 - same as the other pools (less than 2 months)
• Follows the same distribution % wave as the GIV/ETH BAL Pool
