If approved, this proposal would see DAM acquiring 20.000 GLMB ( 3.000 market-bought + 17.000 OTC) in order to start the pool + provide LP rewards.

The 17.000 GLMB will come primarily from individual sellers and could be completed by the DAO's treasury if needed.
