💡 The core team would like to take V1.0 of the greatescape as an opportunity for trial and error.
💎 We'd like to get the $BANANAS tokenomics right and manage to make the token deflationary by Burning a significant fraction of the tokens collected each week through the game fees.
🍌 As we currently have about 900 GLMR APES staked and expect to have this number remain roughly the same, we currently create about 6,300 new $BANANANS tokens each week.
🔥 In order to create deflation, we'd need to burn more than 6,300 $BANANAS per week.
📋 To achieve, this, the core team created 6 different models of redistribution/burn from the $BANANAS fees collected each week, ranging from the most aggressive to the most lenient burn ratios.
👀 Check them here : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1w3srsceNkc9BvWT3xatOTvMZGL7-a-VS35aXNv14OcY/edit#gid=1200377643
🔥 Aggressive 2 with a 55% burn ratio, meaning that we'd need to collect a total of at least 11.455 $BANANAS per week to create deflation.
💥 Aggressive 1 with a 51% burn ratio, meaning that we'd need to collect a total of at least 12.353 $BANANAS per week to create deflation.
🆗 Average 2 with a 48% burn ratio, meaning that we'd need to collect a total of 13.125 at least $BANANAS per week to create deflation.
➡️ Average 1 with a 45% burn ratio, meaning that we'd need to collect a total of 14.000 at least $BANANAS per week to create deflation.
😎 Lenient 2 with a 43 % burn ratio, meaning that we'd need to collect a total of 14.653 at least $BANANAS per week to create deflation.
☮️ Lenient 1 with a 40 % burn ratio, meaning that we'd need to collect a total of 15.750 at least $BANANAS per week to create deflation.
💡 The idea would be to apply first the most aggressive model ( aggressive 2)and then to move on to Agressive 1.
✅ If we still witness 2 consecutive weeks of deflation with the model aggressive 1, we'll then apply the average 2 model and so on.
🔥 The idea is that we'd need two consecutive weeks of deflation before moving to a less aggressive model.
🤯 The more aggressive the model is, the less $BANANAS will be redistributed to LP providers, GLMJ holders and players of the great escape.
However, having too much inflation of the $BANANAS supply would also be very bad for all the token holders.
🛠️ That's why we'd like to move incrementally towards more and more redistributive models, but only as long as we can avoid creating inflation.
🗳 Do you agree to start using the model " agressive 2 " for the redistribution/ burn ratio at the launch of V 1.0 ? Do you also agree to apply a less agrressive model only if we manage to create deflation for 2 weeks in a row?
