🔁 DAO's new Organization/ structure

We would like to propose a slightly new way of organizing and running the DAO in order allow for gradual decentralization while also making the system easier to understand for our members.

The main idea would be to start running the DAO on a quarterly basis ( 3 months cycles) aligned with the Wise Apes election.
