🦍 WISE APE ROLES (GOVERNANCE)

We suggest organizing the Wise Ape function into 5 distinct roles. Each Wise Ape would have a direct 1-1 channel of communication with one clearly identified team member to promote efficiency.

Each Wise Ape would be allocated a small budget each month to have greater autonomy in their missions and a better opportunity to focus on a specific area of the project.

However, when important decisions need to be made, the entire council would convene as usual and have the opportunity to express their opinions (like it has always been the case).

Specialization does not imply that Wise Apes would be barred from suggesting ideas not directly related to their roles; they can continue to bring up ideas on any aspect of the Jungle.

🎮 1 Game Tester: Responsible for testing other Web3 games, evaluating functionality, and bringing feedback and ideas for the Great Escape.

💡 1 Game Lead: The player's advocate. This individual will suggest enhancements for the game and provide feedback on their implementation.

With MAR1

🦧 1 Moderator -> The Shepherd. This Ape will assist in guiding newcomers through our ecosystem and establishing a connection between the core team and the broader community.

With MrTin

✍️ 1 X/Twitter Lead -> This Ape will assist Mr. Tin in co-authoring GLMR APES and PLAY TGE tweets, responses, and comments. In concrete terms, this person can come up with some tweets and ask Mr Tin to post them (provided that they do not violate Twitter's policy/ promote illegal or offensive content...)

🎉 1 Community/Fun/mini-games/merch/IRL/innovation lead -> Responsible for developing enjoyable activities and games to maintain the community's engagement and excitement about the project.
