😓 As some of you will have probably noticed, our Crew3 campaign ran into a set of unexpected issues:
🚫 It was not possible for the team to update new quests to the sprint.
❌ The ranking displayed differed for participants and team members.
🙅 The rewards of the sprint did not show correctly (or didn't show at all for some people).
😵 That created a lot of confusion among participants and made the whole experienced a lot less fun since only about 30% of the quests were available to people.
✋ In order to solve this issue and get the best out of this awareness campaign, we would like to suspend the Crew3 campaign from Thursday April 6th until Monday April 10th in order to apply the following fixes:
1️⃣ Delete the current Sprint
2️⃣ Launch a new Sprint with all the quests available until the end (since the issue seems to come from the fact that only the quests created on the launch of the sprint are taken into account).
3️⃣ Create 1 special quest for all the participants to get the exact amount of XP you had upon the suspension of the quests.
4️⃣ Increase the length of the Campaign up to May 7th to make up for negative impact on the bugs on our awareness campaign and get a good chance at welcoming new friends in!
That way, the competition could start again on Monday 10th and end about 2 weeks after the original deadline (which if we deduct the 5 days of interruption only amount to about 10 extra days of campaign compared to the initial plan.
