💡 This week, some community members suggested the idea of acquiring a piece of land from the upcoming SKYBREACH LAND SALES (RMRK) in order to establish a sort of a GLMR APES headquarter in their metaverse.

🦍 If we purchase 1 land, it will become the property of our DAO (GLMR APES community).

💰 Our GLMR APES community wallet currently holds 5626 GLMR ( worth about 5.000$). We would take the funds from that wallet to buy the LAND.

➡ There will be 22.000 (+3.000) lands listed for sale on the 17th of June ( 16.000 common, 5.000 rare and 1.000 epic lands).

👛 As of today (14/06 at 15:00 UTC) 1 RMRK is worth about 3.53$ that gives us a cost of:

• 50 RMRK = 176.5$ for a common land ( depth lvl : 0 / height lvl : 1 / decay : 90 days)

• 150 RMRK = 529.5$ for a rare land ( depth lvl : 1 / height lvl : 2 / decay : 180 days)

• 250 RMRK = 882.5$ for an epic land ( depth lvl : 2 / height lvl : 3 / decay : 360 days)
