# GM 4.1 — Cyphr 6 month retainer

Voting ended almost 4 years agoSucceeded

Author:

Cyphr

Proposal date:

February 8, 2022

Summary:

To provide a monthly stipend to Cyphr to bring him on full time.

Risks:

Relatively large % of treasury’s capital in these early stages

Payout recipient:

cyphr.eth

Payout amount:

Based on a very conservative estimate I am working 5 hours a day, 7 days a week on DAO related tasks.

On the basis of working 35 hours a week / 140 hours a month @ $100/hour this would require a compensation of $14,000 a month.

These are rough calculations which

a) under represent my time

b) is less than what I would ask from a established company.

How have you already contributed to the DAO?

Yes

How do you want to contribute to the DAO going forward**?**

Full time responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

  • Build & maintain the reputation of the gmDAO as it’s founder
  • Identify new projects & investment opportunities to grow the gmDAO treasury
  • Management of gmDAO & gm. studio Twitter accounts
  • Moderation & community management of gmDAO & gm. studio discords
  • Business development for the gm. studio (i.e talent acquisition, building brand awareness)
  • Handling of artist submissions to the studio in a timely manner
  • Providing the curation panel with all necessary assets & information to perform their function and collating panel feedback to prospective artists.
  • Influencer management
  • Partnership management
