Summary:

6 week retainer to fund studio costs (4/23/22-6/1/22)

The funding period was increased to 6 weeks in order to be better aligned with our funding cycles, which will commence on the 1st of each month.

Specific goals for the next month (May):

• Develop a collections page
• Develop a gallery page
• If possible: Integrate live render into the gallery page
• Possible prep work for new drop/mechanics.
• Misc smaller issues (see project page https://github.com/gmdaoeth/studio/issues)

Core team salaries

The funding for the team for the first 2 weeks will remain unchanged from previous period with a rate of Ξ0.0375/hour.

This work has already been completed.

Willyham: 30 hours = 1.125 ETH Bhish: 30 hours = 1.125 ETH cxkoda: 20 hours = 0.75 ETH

For the remaining 4 weeks, hours were adjusted to due to the reduced expected workload to:

Willyham: 10 hours/week = 40 hours = 1.5 ETH Bhish: 10 hours/week = 40 hours = 1.5 ETH cxkoda = 5 hours/week = 20 hours = 0.75 ETH

Notes: Promo videos were a large expense which we were trialing for a single drop. Moving forward we would likely scale this back to 2 videos / drop.

Breakdown of costs :

• Core team (salary based on the outlined hours at the rate of Ξ0.0375/hour): 6.75 ETH

• Drop fund (crunch time around the drop): 1.5 ETH

• Infra costs: $915.36 / 0.456 ETH

• One-time costs (marketing & carbon offset for 2 drops): $4,078 / 2 ETH
