GM 4.3 Purchase Premint.xyz creator pass

Summary:

Purchase a premint.xyz creator pass to enable the DAO to collect whitelist addresses. This would primarily be used for the purposes of the studio.

Previously these addresses needed to be collected manually by Cyphr, as well as verified to contain a gm. token (extremely time consuming).

Using this system would also ensure the fairness of winner selection as it is not controlled by a single person.
