Summary:

Give one community token from the treasury to Michal.

Rationale:

Michal is gm.studio’s lead developer since Willyham’s departure, but has also contributed on a number of new developments such as generator & the creation of gm.scribe. By offering him a community token, our aim is to create a stronger relationship between an external contractor and the DAO.

It would also give Michal visibility on important DAO feedback on the products he’s developing, while also allowing him to provide rationale as to why things were built a certain way.

Specifics:

A token to be transferred from the DAO multisig.

Pros:

Secure an important contributor to the DAO as a member. Give them better visibility of DAO happenings and feedback for the products they are developing.

Stronger legal position from an employment standpoint.

Cons :

One less community token in the treasury.

Payout recipient:

Michal’s wallet.

Payout amount:

1 token = +/- 1,500$ at this date.
