GM87.1 : give one community token to Ferdi

Proposal date: 10.03.2024 ** Summary:** Give one gm.token from the community fund to Ferdi to welcome him into the community.

Rationale: Ferdi offered to design the V3 tokens for gmDAO, out of good will. He initially reached out to Cyphr with a well-thought design and background story, which made us immediately fall in love with the concept. He spent almost a year refining the algorithm and spent a lot of his free time to execute his original vision. He made himself available throughout the whole process despite the broader market downturn and was never interested in any compensation. However, we think it’s more than fair to gift him a warm place in the community.

Specifics: Send V2 token from the community fund to Ferdi’s wallet, so he can go himself through the migration process he helped creating. This would bring the total remaining community tokens to 32 from 33.

Pros: Bring the artist that created the V3 tokens into the community.

Cons : Lose one community token. 32 community tokens will remain in the treasury should this proposal be executed.

Payout amount: 1 gm.token = between 300$ and 600$ at current market price.
