Summary: Should the DAO gift a community gmToken to alphahater from the treasury?

Abstract: We would propose that the treasury gift a community token to alphahater to gain valuable legal insight within the DAO.

Motivation: Given the current conversations around tokenomics for gmDAO, it is imperative for us to have legal advice, whether internally or hiring externally.

Risks: Limited amount of community tokens. Whether or not he would devote sufficient time and effort

Specification: Transfer one gmToken to the wallet of preference for alphahater

Rationale: alphahater is a Web3 lawyer based out of Texas, with experience developing projects including structuring and tokenizing DAOs. alphahater possesses the skillset and background to ensure that we are legally compliant. This is extremely important for decision-making as we build out reward structures within the DAO. Having discussed with him, he has confirmed he would be an active participant of, and provide valuable insight for, the discussion surrounding a potential ERC-20 token, rewards-structure, and further potential developments where legal clarification is imperative. alphahater also has a tremendous network, which would be valuable to gmDAO as we build out revenue sources.
