TPM (All to the Sea) is an NGO that emerged as a feminist collective in 2016 in the community of the Bay of Maracaípe-PE, Brazil. Since then, it has been contributing to the personal and social development of children, adolescents and women, through social and educational activities, having surfing at the main core. Currently TPM attends about 70 children from 7 to 17 years old with a team of 8 powerful women and it has several projects. You can read more about here.
Maracaípe is one of the main routes for surf competitions in the Northeast region of Brazil and it has a beautiful landscape that attracts tourism and culture around the surf scene, which makes a good oportunity to proliferate Gnars culture thought Include Surf TPM's project. Include Surf has the mission to give children in need the oportunity to stay away from drug traffic by keeping them entertained with surf. It's also a place where they can eat and learn how to read and write in Portuguese, Spanish and English. However most of these children are illiterate and ended up having to work on the street to bring food to their family. Nevertheless surf is a strong social transformer, providing notions of citizenship to complement school studies and work oportunities.
Unfortunately TPM is going through the toughest financial crisis ever and it might close next year if they don’t find funds in time. Therefore we belive that Gnars has a huge fit with the project and can help some of TPM’s monthly cost. This sponsorship will allow these children to have fun Nounifing TPM, to surf and to learn all about web3 and it's potential with nfts, games and much more. In addition, to better these childrens lifes, nounifing TPM will attract people and companies from Maracaípe and all around Brazil that are interested in helping the NGO.
Surfguru and Play4Change DAO are going to be key partners to proliferate Gnars and educate TPM about web3.
Surfguru is the largest wave forecast website of Brazil, it has the largest surfing community of Brazil with 300k passionate users and 2.5M visits per month. Surfguru is also involved in the web3 with the influence of it's business partners Luiz Hadad Gnars athlete and @marinioac that just got 0.5eth from Lil Sisters and 0.5eth from Nouns BR to sponsor TPM's children. Recently, SG launched DROP, a social currency to motivate and reward beach clean ups and created the Surfhive Community. Since 2020, SG gives 10% of member's income to help save the oceans. Since 2021, SG have been helping fund some of TPM's activities and supplies, such as workshops on how to repair surfboards, purchasing lycra to protect from UV light, purchasing chocolate for Easter, purchasing presents for Christmas, providing material for beach clean-ups and much more.
Here is a video about Surfguru's 2021 impact report.

Surfguru will create educational content about Gnars, Lil Nouns, Nouns BR and Nouns, and also will make content about the web3 educational process at TPM and will continue to spread TPM nounified content though it's midia.
We will also count with the support of Play4change DAO to teach about web3, NFT, games, Nouns DAO and the SubDAOs to TPM’s children and Educators. Play4Change is an ImpactDAO, that has the mission to create positive impact in the world. Impact DAOs are essentially organizations created to make an impact on issues where society already suffers great losses such as education, health, environment, etc. They aim to drive shared interests, public goods and common needs.
With that in mind, Play4Change will educate 5 multipliers from TPM:
This education process will guarantee the Nouns proliferation to be continued in TPM.
We already got 0.5eth from Lil Sisters and 0.5eth from Nouns BR. If we get 2.5eth from Gnars, we will be able to afford the following:

Nuala started her surfing career at the age of 16 in Maracaípe through a social project. She was the first woman to professionally represent the state of Pernambuco in national and international surf championships. She had her surfing career invisibilized, due to racism and class difficulties, unfortunately present in the sport. She lived in Europe for 15 years and when returned found a precarious scenario in the community. Thus, she decided to start a project of surf inclusion, and founded TPM - Todas para o Mar (All to the Sea).
