Onboard Raicca Ventura with 1 Gnar NFT

Raicca Ventura, at the age of 16, has gone from being a promising talent to a reality in the current park skateboarding scene in Brazil, and unless there are major reasons preventing it, she will be representing Brazil in the 2024 Paris Olympics. There is great expectation that the women's park skateboarding category will bring an unprecedented medal for the country. It is the only skateboarding category in which Brazil has not won a medal.

With a collection of awards in her resume and currently ranked as the number one female professional park skateboarder in Brazil, Raicca has skateboarding running through her veins. Her history with skateboarding is long-standing and comes from her family. Raicca learned to skateboard at the age of 6 under the influence of her father and uncle, who are also skateboarders. The girl would tag along for her father's skateboarding lessons at the São Bernardo do Campo skatepark and ended up developing a passion for it.

In 2022, Raicca competed for the first time against the world's best in Rio de Janeiro and finished in 4th place. In 2023, she took part in the Dubai stage of the World Championship and finished in 11th place.

Raicca was one of the first woman to drop the megaramp and certainly a great add to our Gnarly Crew.
