Petition for our biggest holder and founder to temporarily adjust their participation in the GNARs DAO's decision-making process.

Introduction:

GNARs DAO currently faces a challenge with the concentration of voting power in the hands of its largest holder. This situation has implications for the diversity and fairness of decision-making within our community. Our proposal seeks to introduce temporary measures to mitigate this issue, fostering a more balanced governance structure until we can achieve a better token distribution and enhance governance engagement.

Problem Statement:

For onChain proposals The dominant voting power of the largest holder in GNARs DAO discourages participation from smaller holders, particularly due to the financial burden of gas fees associated with Ethereum-based contract voting. This diminishes the active involvement of a significant portion of our community in the governance process. Once a small holder will wait to decide if its worth to spend their money according with the biggest holder vote. With the current holders engagement a vote turnout against the biggest holder becomes almost impossible and it never occurred so far.

1. Voluntary Voting Pause by the Largest Holder: A temporary cessation of voting by the largest holder is proposed to allow for a more evenly distributed decision-making process. This measure will remain in effect until a more balanced token distribution is established. or
2. Establishment of a Delegation Program: To encourage wider participation and offset the impact of Ethereum gas costs, a delegation program will enable the largest holder to distribute their voting power among a broader group of community members.
