Really want to thank Josh and Trevor for being patient with us as we go through the gnars political cycle to resolve some underlying issues in our DAO. Expect a final proposal from Vlad to make it official that we now only give away 1 Gnar per Shredder.

Introduction

This counter counter -proposal is designed to ensure the onboarding of Josh Lippi and Trevor Banta is made Clear with the standardized practices of Gnars DAO. In keeping with our commitment to fairness and consistency, this proposal over writes the 2 other Proposals which both got over 80+% support from voters

Background

This proposal provides clarity from the two "successful" proposals which are:

Proposal Details

Allocation: Allocate 1 Gnar NFT to Josh Lippi (joshlippi.eth) Allocate 1 Gnar NFT to Trevor Banta (errorgardener.eth)

NFT Selection: Trevor’s Choice - Gnar #3157 Josh’s Choice - Gnar #3857

Transaction Details: The NFT transfer will be executed from the Gnars Multisig wallet, with transaction details to be confirmed and signed off by authorized DAO members.

Conclusion

This Proposal supersedes all previous proposal to break the mould and usher in a new day for Gnars. Keep Shredding.
