Authorize Multisig to Mint Gobble for OTC Deals
In order to negotiate OTC deals where we pay in $GOBBLE the Multisig treasury would need the ability to mint $GOBBLE tokens directly.
Juicebox allows this but
A) it doesn't have limits B) our multisig is only one person so far
But, we already have offers to acquire Gobblers for $GOBBLE.
Should we enable this feature despite the risk?
