The platform simplifies and optimizes single-sided liquidity provisioning on Uniswap V3 by leveraging Charm Finance Vaults and Coinbase Developer Platform's AgentKit.

It allows users to deposit ERC-20 tokens and seamlessly transition into $HERMES positions over time while earning fees from liquidity provisioning.

Platform Overview

This platform provides a user-friendly way for the community to engage with liquidity provisioning on Uniswap V3:

1. Deposit Flexibility

Users can deposit any ERC-20 token available on Arbitrum.

2. Automated Conversion

Deposits are gradually converted into 100% $HERMES based on market conditions.

3. Zero-Slippage Acquisition

Users acquire $HERMES without price slippage (compared to if they were to simply swap into $HERMES)

4. Earn Fees During Conversion

Users earn trading fees while their deposited tokens are converted into $HERMES.

The fees depend on:

• Trading Volume: Higher activity means more fees.
• Liquidity Provided: Larger contributions earn a bigger share of fees.
• Fee Tier: Based on the Uniswap V3 pool selected. These fees are added to the user's holdings as the vaults are auto-compounded via Rebalancing by the Agent, which further increases the value of their position over time.
